What trades do you work with?
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, landscapers, painters, roofers, handymen, mechanics, cleaners, pool techs, and any local home service contractor.
I’m not good with computers.
You don’t need to be. You answer five questions on the screen and send a few photos. I do everything else. After that you just text me when you want something changed.
I don’t have time for meetings.
There are none. No discovery call, no kickoff, no Zoom. Everything happens by text and one review link.
Do I have to write anything or take professional photos?
No. I write every word and find the right images for your trade. If you have your own photos of your truck or past jobs, text them to me, blurry is fine. If you have none, I use realistic trade images, not cheesy stock models. And if your information is already on Facebook, Instagram, Yelp or Google, I can take it from there with your permission.
How do the tap-to-call and tap-to-text buttons work?
When someone opens your site on their phone, tapping “Call now” dials you straight away. Tapping “Text us” opens a message already written asking for a quote, so they can reach you while you’re under a sink or up on a roof.
What counts as an update?
Hosting, your domain renewal, security, and the small changes that keep the site current. New phone number, five new job photos, an updated service list, text me and it is done that day.
How many changes do I get before it goes live?
Two rounds. Look at the draft, write down everything you want different, and send it as one list. I make those changes, you look again, and anything still off goes in a second list. If you want a third pass I will quote it first, so you always know what it costs before I start.
What if I want a redesign or extra pages later?
The ongoing plan covers quick text and photo edits. If you want new pages, a new layout, or something custom built, I give you a flat-rate quote upfront before I touch anything. You will never get a surprise invoice.
How do I know it will bring in work?
I cannot promise you a single call, and anyone who does is guessing. What I can tell you is what the site is up against. Somebody searches, Google Maps hands them a handful of pins, and they open the sites one by one. The one that looks like the best company on the list is usually the one that gets the call.
What if I stop paying?
The site is still yours. The domain is in your name and I hand over all the files. You just handle your own updates and hosting from there.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, any time before you approve the draft. Look at what I built, decide it is not for you, and say so. I refund the build fee in full and nothing starts. Once you approve it and it goes live, the job is done and the fee is final.
